Director of Porject/Process Optimisation

Zita graduated from the Faculty of Architecture from Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2010, with a degree in Construction Management. After years of architectural design in Spain, she returned home and worked as a systems engineer in a multinational company and as a business analyst in an IT start-up company in Switzerland. In 2021 she joined the TSPC team as a design project manager. She played a key role in the implementation of the start-up project management system. This gives her the opportunity to work in both architecture and systems/organizational development, combining her studies and professional experience to focus on what really interests and motivates her.
