Director of HR

Ági studied political science and psychology at ELTE. In psychology, she chose the specialisation in social and work psychology hence why she started working as a student in 2013 in a temporary employment agency and further developed her HR skills. She worked as an HR manager and then as a self-employed HR consultant from 2019, after which she was HR Business Partner at MCC College. In her role, she has been instrumental in building and developing the HR department of companies, which has allowed her to be confident in her profession, both on her own and managing a team. What she likes most about her job is the variety and the integration of new colleagues. She is motivated by finding the right position for a candidate and working with someone who is comfortable in their role in the company.
