On June 9, the FIABCI International Real Estate Development Award was presented in Paris, where, in addition to several Hungarian projects, TSPC was awarded for its Széllkapu park project, which was completed in 2020 on the land of the Millennium Park.
FIABCI international organization for real estate developments, rewarded the fact that the development in which the heritage of the former rust belt area, the former Ganz factories, was turned into a green recreational park, significantly increases the green spaces of the capital with high-quality solutions in an area of 35 thousand square meters. Széllkapu park has become one of the most popular meeting points of Budapest, a recreational green zone since its opening in 2020.
