We are looking for a new project manager colleague to join our expanding team in the TSPC Group Budapest office!

Tasks, responsibilities:
• full supervision of projects, management of the project team
• liaising with clients, subcontractors, co-designers and contractors
• cost calculations, preparation and estimation of schedules
• participation in the acquisition of permits and in the procedures of official processes
• monitoring the performance of the contract
• risk management, quality assurance, change management
• learn and use the company’s own project management system

Requirements:
• a higher education degree (civil or architectural engineering)
• experience gained in a similar position, knowledge of professional bases
• good organizational and communication skills, proactive attitude
• Proficiency in using project management (eg MS Project) and CAD software
• Category B license
