This Data Protection Notice Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 95/46 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

On 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”). From the point of view of personal data protection, the GDPR should be considered as primary legislation. During the processing of personal data, our group of companies complies with GDPR, Act CXII of 2011 on the right to information self-determination and freedom of information. and Act V. of 2013 on the Civil Code. The primary purpose of the new legislation is to promote more effective enforcement of personal data processing rights, transparency of the entire data processing process, and the prevention of misuse of personal data, data theft and other incidents.
