The renovated building complex of the Szilvásvárad Lipizzaner Equestrian Centre was handed over in two phases, in November 2016 and August 2018, during which the general design tasks were assigned to TSPC Kft. Construction and planning took place according to the existing, authorized plans and the winning constructor consortium assigned the general design of the modifications and the implementation plans to TSPC Kft. The high-quality construction works were performed by Mészáros és Mészáros Kft. and EUROCampus Kft.

Szilvásvárad is a traditional place of equestrian sport, for example the premises of the National Stud Farm served as venue for the Equestrian World Championships in 1984. Kincsem Program’s development plan for the area set the objective to renovate the equestrian arenas and their accompanying building blocks which since then became outdated in the scope of a general concept with improved functions. The work process required complex vision, comprehensive design and the highest level of engineering work.

After the successful closure of the project, the National Stud Farm put the Equestrian Centre into service during a spectacular opening ceremony held in front of an audience of six thousand people, where since then high level professional work takes place that includes horse breeding, organizing and staging exhibitions and fairs, providing riding education and training for competitions. The equestrian facility serves touristic purposes as well and is also suitable to host world competitions subject to the strictest regulations.
